I live with chronic intractable migraine and vestibular migraine. It affects every aspect of my life. Planned rest times, missing social engagement, constant head pain and other debilitating symptoms are things I have to consider to be able to participate in daily activities. 

Miles for Migraine has created a safe haven for those that live with migraine. From support groups, supporting and educating headache specialists entering the field that is so much needed as this is a great disparity. Focusing on research to improve migraine care, is providing hope that migraine and improved care is on the horizon.
