Hi Everyone! My name is Jenny, and if you know me, then you know I love a little sparkle in my life. However, this walk means so much more than that! I have been living with migraines for 20 years, and was diagnosed with chronic migraines in 2021. It is an invisible disability that affects my life everyday, even on the days where I show up smiling through the pain. This year, I also have the privilege of being a Community Leader with Shade for Migraine to help spread awareness and educate others that migraines are real, serious, and deserve support! This year my team Sparkle Through The Storm and I are walking and raising money for the wonder team at U PENN Headache Center. I have been a patient with Penn since 2021 they have a wonderful team and I am so grateful that they have been so helpful with me and my diagnosis the last few years! Thank you for helping me turn something painful into something powerful!
